These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Eliot ("buildingeliot.co", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the buildingeliot.co website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").
Welcome to Eliot! Thank you for visiting our online store. In honoring our commitment to make your shopping experience with us as straightforward as possible, do read through the following terms and conditions prior to shopping with us. Purchasing via our online store would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.
Eliot is unable to amend orders in any way or form, so do a double check on the items in your shopping cart before confirming order. There will delays as a result of incomplete or incorrect information provided to us. Also, a re-delivery fee will be borne by you for returned parcels.
All orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched within 2-3 working days (unless otherwise stated or a BACKORDER purchase) upon successful and verified payment on your order.
Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays (Malaysia).
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at check-out.
Once the dispatch confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel during the shipment process. Any claim will have to be made with our third-party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in your compensation claims (if any).
If you have purchased a backorder item alongside a ready stock item, we will send the ready stock item first. The backorder item will be delivered on a separate parcel once it arrives.
By making payment on a backorder item, you agree to the waiting time for the backorder item to be delivered to you.
Kindly be informed that the arrival time for different backorder items may differ, be delayed or even be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, insufficient stocks, etc.
For any cancellation, will process the refund within five (5) working days and you will be notified via email respectively.
You will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing your name.
Any additional charges incurred for re-delivery after non-successful attempt(s) will be borne by you.
Eliot reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker/lighter due to the settings of lighting in the editing software or at studio used.
Measurements provided on each of the products are in maximum stretch. A difference of 1cm-2cm between the item(s) received from what which was provided in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
Users are advised to double check on the product measurements as different design may fit differently.
Color may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.
Eliot do not offer return or refund if product is not handled as per instructed:
Kindly ensure that you wash your apparel in a laundry netting bag / laundry mesh bag to preserve the quality.
You are advised to hand wash with gentle liquid detergent all Eliot apparels (individually) for the first few washes, as color transfer may occur.
Please iron on the reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).
Eliot will not be able to amend any details of the Discount Vouchers after the order is placed.
Discounts are only valid if the voucher codes are entered before checkout.
All discount codes which are used cannot be reinstated if orders are cancelled.
All payment has to be made through Eliot’s payment gateway which is linked to the shopping cart.
Payment shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.
Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
You are hereby granted permission to view and access information presented at www.buildingeliot.co including downloads, with the full understanding that everything is presented on an “as-is” basis.
You will not copy or distribute any part of the Site in any medium without Eliot's prior written authorization.
Eliot reserves the right to repost or reuse information referring/communicated to Eliot via emails, social media channels or contests run by Eliot (via any variation of #buildingeliotco related hashtags on social media).
In the event of any dispute, Eliot reserves the right of final decision.
