Return and Exchange Policy

IN CASE YOU DON’T LOVE IT…


ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA).

Eliot provides returns and exchange for all items, except Accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items.


Returns and exchange can only be made one time per order number.
Items must be in its original condition:

Items which do not meet all mentioned return and exchange conditions will be duly declined.


If items are soaked and caused colors to run, return and exchange will also be denied.


We do not accept returns if the size doesn't fit you as measurements are clearly stated on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges Process

If something is not quite right and you need to make a return or

  1. Email us at businesswitheliot@gmail.com with the following details:
  1. We will then reply your email with the return address.

  2. Please include the Invoice Slip in your return parcel.

  3. The shipping cost(s) for sending the return and exchange items back to us will be borne by you.

  4. Eliot is not liable for any lost return item. Your return item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a third-party postal service provider that wholly insures your item(s). Please keep the tracking number with you for reference.

  5. Once we have investigated and confirmed the defective item(s), we will process the refund and exchange within 5 working days and you will be notified via email respectively.

 In the event of any dispute, Eliot reserves the right of final decision.
